Brief
The development of a management platform for medical clinics, bringing appointments, patients, doctors and locations into a single system. The goal was to remove the operational chaos at the front desk and give a clear view of the clinic's daily activity.
The solution was designed to scale naturally across specialties, offices and multiple locations, with fast flows for the medical and administrative team.
My role
Product Design. End-to-end design of the platform: information architecture, appointment flows and patient records, all the way to the final UI.
Product Owning. Defining the roadmap and prioritizing features together with the client, with direct validation on the clinic's real workflows.
Dev Assist. Support for the development team throughout the implementation: interface specs, module reviews and visual QA on the critical flows.
