Brief
Product design for a hybrid, modular ERP that unifies projects, resources, CRM and multi-currency finance into a single platform. The goal was real-time visibility over cashflow, planning and team performance.
The system was designed to be modular, with custom dashboards and KPIs that every company can configure around its own processes.
My role
Product Design. The complete design of the platform: dashboards, financial flows, employee management and the custom KPI system, responsive on every screen.
Dev Assist. Support for the development team during the implementation: interface specs, fast iterations on modules and visual QA.
Hybrid system
M2M ERP is a hybrid system that combines “made to measure” elements with “bespoke” ones. Standard configuration of modules and reports covers the common ground, while deeper custom adjustments let each company shape a unique system, up to a fully customized “Bespoke ERP”.

System with advanced modular adaptability
The system adjusts to business-specific requirements through modular and intramodular configuration, giving companies the flexibility to model the ERP around their ever-changing needs without depending on expensive and complex custom code.
Live ERP system
The system delivers data the moment it is generated in business operations, eliminating the gap between a transaction and its reporting. Departments stay in sync and decisions are made quickly and well informed.
Integrated management ERP system
The system centralizes all business processes, from finance, procurement and sales to production and human resources, offering a holistic view of the enterprise and giving management full strategic and operational control.
Multibrand system
Customization related to the brand starts from elements of chromatics, take over the logo in the system & deliverables and can reach the creation of a “Bespoke ERP”.
Multilanguage system
The system can operate in any desired language, selectable per company, with offers and contracts issued monolingual or bilingual. Every module and interface stays accessible to a global audience, easing cross-border communication.
Multicurrency system
The system records and stores financial information in several currencies simultaneously, so users can transact, report and analyze data in whatever currency the operational context requires.
Amounts are converted automatically using specified or regularly updated exchange rates, keeping the financial picture accurate for companies working with clients and suppliers across different countries.

This function is one of the essential elements of the system and of significant importance for organizations that emphasize planning, efficiency and allowing:
Performance evaluation: comparing real data with forecasts shows whether objectives are met or deviations need intervention;
Resource optimization: differences between realized and expected reveal where resources are underused or over-allocated;
Better planning: repeated reviews of results versus forecasts make future forecasts more precise;
Quick response to changes: seeing where and when deviations occur lets management correct or adapt strategies fast.
Project and resource-oriented ERP system
This platform, through the specialized modules of Project Management (PM) and Resource Management (RM), is designed to optimize project planning and execution, project portfolio management and resource efficiency, thus ensuring advanced and integrated management within the organization.
